All Charles Sterling items are made to order.
Production time for C.Sterling Collections is 3 to 5 weeks
(business days)
Production time for customs is 5 to 7 weeks business
days)
We recommended booking 2-6 months in advance.
Especially during peak season. January through June is peak season. So if your event is during that time frame we highly
recommend booking in advance.

If rush production request is approved by us fees will be
discussed. Please note an order may not be cancelled once
you have paid.
We are located in Atlanta Ga. We ship worldwide. We do not
meet in person, shipping only. Consultations are available as
soon as tomorrow! Book yours today!
We offer our Sterling Collection Sizes S-XL our Sterling
Collection currently starts at $650 & up
We also will turn your dream custom design into reality!
Special Events Customs: Birthday's, baby shower's, concert's, dinner's, photoshoot's etc starts at $500 & up
Gown Customs: Red Carpet's, Ball's, Gala, Prom
starts at $1250 & up

If you purchase a signature collection item we will contact you directly within 24 hours to provide your estimated
completion date.
The only number we will communicate with you on, is the number used the time of your purchase. Please do not
contact us from multiple numbers regarding the same order.
Please do not reach out continuously for updates. If a client
decides to continuously reach out to check order status
before provided completion date, we will add $25 per interaction to the remaining total of the gown. In the event
something has changed and we are made aware of it an in
acceptable time you will not accrue any fees. In the rare
event your completion date has come and you haven't heard
anything from our team than you may contact us for an update.

If you can't conduct yourself in an appropriate manner, your deposit will be forfeited immediately!
Charles Sterling prides itself in offering the highest quality of fabric and materials to meet the expectations of our clientele.
All garments go through our Quality Assurance before being packaged for shipping. Therefore all sales are final. All items are made to order so we do not issue refunds on any items.
Cancelled Event: In the unfortunate event that your event is
canceled, you are still responsible for the full total of the dress which should be paid no later than the original Date
provided.
If you change your mind and want to cancel. You are still
responsible for the full total of the dress which should be paid no later than the original Date provided.
If the date is postponed, The balance will still be due by the original date provided. If the account isn't satisfied by then, the dress becomes property of Charles Sterling and can be
immediately sold for profit. If a payment arrangement is
needed please keep in contact with us.
We will store dresses no longer than 1 week after you
receive confirmation of completion. After the 7 days, a fee of $10 per day will be added. If longer then 2 weeks, item becomes property of Charles Sterling and can be immediately sold
for profit to fulfill your account.
